Second Interview with Piers Craig Senior Firefighter and Member of AUS-2 Heavy USAR Team talking about his deployment to Turkey..

Back for a 2nd visit we welcome Piers Craig, Senior Firefighter for NSW Fire + Rescue at Bankstown fire station and member of the elite AUS-02 Heavy Urban Search and Rescue team (USAR). Since we last spoke to Piers he was part of the USAR team deployment to Turkey following the devastating earthquakes in February and we are lucky that Piers is going to share his story with us. Also this year Piers has completed 2 incredible challenges, the Terra Nova 24 adventure race with Maxi which they won and then also and incredible few days walking the South Coast Track in Tasmania, one of Australia’s most remote regions. But it hasn’t all been plain sailing, a broken collarbone nearly derailed all Piers plans, and he will share his amazing recovery.
