Scott McNamara’s career achievements are incredible, and we are excited this week that Scott joins us to share his story. Starting with the Australian Army at 17 he became a Special Operations Medic and was deployed to Timor Leste and Afghanistan, now working for NSW Ambulance as an Intensive Care Special Operations and Rescue Paramedic in Sydney. Scott has been with deployed internationally to Sumatra, Lombok and Türkiye for disaster assistance and is part of the USAR Paramedic Aus 2 team. Scott has been a major influence on Maxi’s career too as he is his cousin, enjoy this inspirational conversation with Scott as we hear yet again that incredible careers are built on persistence and the drive to never give up.
